Saint Jerome Store want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, we will provide you with a refund or exchange option, provided you meet the following requirements:

  • Item(s) must be in original condition; that is it must NOT be worn, altered, damaged, stained or washed
  • Item(s) must have all tags attached
  • Returns must include original plastic packaging
  • Returns must be posted back to Saint Jerome Store customer care within 14 days from receiving your order
  • In the event that the return does not meet any of the above terms, Saint Jerome Store reserves the right to reject the refund or exchange.

Once we receive your return, we will notify you via email and arrange your requested outcome. In the scenario the return is unsuccessful, Customer Care will contact you.

HOW TO RETURN/EXCHANGE YOUR ORDER?

Returned merchandise should include the vendor packaging and be in the original condition as when it was received.

Please send an email to info@saintjeromestore.com to confirm your reason for exchange or return. We will respond to you accordingly and advise of any additional information we may require. Return or exchange items should be sent to:

Once your return is received by Customer Care, the item(s) will be checked to ensure it complies with our returns policy and a return outcome will be determined. In the scenario that the return is successful, your order will be refunded or a gift card will be issued depending on the terms of original sale. In the scenario that the return is unsuccessful, Customer Care will contact you. For more information regarding returns, please contact Customer Care.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY RETURN?

Your return request will be processed within 5 days of receiving your return.

For refunds please allow up to 5 business days for your refund to be processed if you paid via credit card or Paypal.

LATE RETURNS

Your item(s) should be sent back to us within 14 days from receipt. Returns outside these time frames may only be refunded as a store credit. Store credits are valid for 6 months.

SALE ITEMS

No REFUNDS are permitted on SALE items, exchange only (subject to stock availability). Any item which has been marked down for sale is considered as a final purchase; there is a strict no return policy applied to a sale item, unless considered faulty; which will be determined by Saint Jerome Store.

REFUND

A refund will be processed via your original payment method. Please note, payments made via Paypal may take 5 business days to clear.

No responsibility is accepted for items being returned, until they are received at our address.

Exchanges will be processed within 5 days from receipt of your returned item(s). Please note Saint Jerome Store will not offer free shipping on exchanges unless at the fault of Saint Jerome Store. Should you wish to exchange you will need to provide a return postage paid satchel or we will request payment for postage upon re-issuing.

IMPORTANT TO NOTE

Should you miss the delivery of your parcel, Australia post will leave a consignment note requesting pick up from your local post outlet. Should you not pick up your parcel within 10 days, Australia post will return the parcel to Saint Jerome Store. Saint Jerome Store will automatically refund you without notice.
