What size is the model wearing?

Our models all wear size AU 8.

What size will I be in your garments?

Our garments remain as true to size as possible, however each garment is handmade and slight measurement differences are in-built to the manufacturing process. Therefore we have provided each individual product page with measurements which relate to that style specifically. Please be sure to check the measurement information provided for each garment

Can you give me more information about your products?

We try to give you as much useful information as we can about all our products, including:

  • A detailed description
  • Lots of pictures
  • The specific size measurements of the garment
  • How to care for your item

An item I want to buy is sold out – will you be restocking it?

Unfortunately our stock is limited and we rarely restock items. However we may receive some items back via returns, which will then be made available online.

How do I enter my discount code or credit note code?

To enter a discount code you have received, copy and paste the code into ‘coupon code’ box and press apply.
If you have received a credit note code, copy and paste this into the ‘redeem voucher’ box and hit apply.

Why is my discount code not working?

There may be a number of reasons why your code might not be working. Check that:
– You’re logged into your customer account
– The items in your cart meet the requirements for the promotion
– The code has not expired
If you’re still having trouble, contact our Customer Service team at info@saintjeromestore.com and we can sort your problem.

Can I use more than one code on my order?

Only one of our discount codes can be used per transaction. However, if you have a credit note from a previous order, this can be used in conjunction with a promo code.

I forgot to enter my code, what can I do?

Unfortunately we cannot enter codes manually after an order has been placed.

I’m trying to sign into my account, but I am having trouble!

Please check that you have previously created a customer account – not just signed up to our newsletter.
If you’re seeing the ‘Invalid login or password’ message, check that the email you are entering is the one you used to create your account, and that your password is correct.
If you still can’t sign in, you can request for a password reminder to be sent – just follow the prompts on the page and enter your account email.
If you’re still having trouble, contact our Customer Service team at info@saintjeromestore.com including screenshots of your issue, and we can sort your problem.

Can I cancel or change my order?

No unfortunately once your order has been placed, we cannot cancel it or make changes.

Why haven’t I received a shipping confirmation email?

Sometimes our emails get sent to junk mail if we are not added as a contact. Try checking this first and adding us as a contact to avoid this.
Please allow one business day for shipping confirmation emails to come through, or until the next business day if ordering over a weekend.
You can still check that your order has gone through – just click on the ‘My Account’ tab while you’re logged in to see your records.

Are my details safe when ordering online with Saint Jerome Store?

We utilise industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to allow for the encryption of potentially sensitive information such as your name, address and other critically sensitive information like your credit card details. Information passed between your computer and our website cannot be read in the event someone else intercepts it.

DELIVERY

Do you offer express shipping?

All of our items are shipped via express post. If you order before 1pm, your order will be shipped the same day.

How long will my delivery take to arrive?

Please allow 1-3 days for deliveries within Australia, and 2-3 days for international orders (subject to customs).

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number that you can use to watch the progress of your order.

If I’m not at home to receive my delivery, where will it be left?

Australia Post will leave a “could not be reached” slip advising your parcel has been taken to your nearest postal pick up. If your parcel is not retrieved within 10 days Australia Post will automatically return the item to Saint Jerome Store. In this instance Saint Jerome Store will automatically refund you without notice.

RETURNS

Can I exchange my item if it doesn’t fit or doesn’t suit me?

Yes you can, as long as the item you want to exchange is full priced, meets the return policy criteria and returned within 14 days, we’re happy to offer you an exchange in the same style.

What is your returns policy?

You’re welcome to return items for exchange, credit note or refund if they are full priced, in original condition and sent back within 14 days. Unfortunately we do not accept returns on sale items.

How do I return an item to Australia from overseas?

Just like above.

I’ve lost my Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number form. Can I get a new one?

Your RMA number will also be sent you on email so you can print this at any time for your convenience.

Do you pay for my return shipping?

All return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Items should be returned via registered post, a tracking number is required.

How long will it take for my return to be processed?

Once your return is received at our office, it can take up to 5 business days to process.For refunds please allow up to 5 business days for your refund to be processed if you paid via credit card or Paypal.

Have you received my return?

Once a return has been received at our office, it can take up to 5 business days to process. However when sending back your return we ask you obtain a tracking number, just in case it needs to be tracked down.

What if my return item is not received by Saint Jerome Store?

Unfortunately if a tracking number has not been used, and the item is not traced, we unfortunately cannot refund/exchange your request.
